Mission & Background
The mission of Sanborn Corporate Training Solutions, LLC is:
- To train and teach businesses, non-profits, and public sector entities regarding LGBTQ+ cultural competence, sensitivity, and acceptance, and in so doing, to help clients create healthier workspaces for both employees and consumers.
- To provide outstanding service and to model excellence, integrity, and compassion in our interactions with clients and training participants.
Rebecca Sanborn brings to her work a deep well of experience, gained through many years of practicing law and even more years serving as a community advocate and leader for causes and values in which she believes.
After operating her own law practice for nearly two decades, Rebecca decided to take her education, experience, and energy and apply them in a new direction, one which would combine her love of teaching and public speaking with her legal and business knowledge, and her passion for diversity, inclusion, and equality issues.
As part of this exciting career transition, Rebecca dove back into the role of student, pursuing further education and training specifically in the areas of post-secondary teaching, human resources & corporate training, and diversity & inclusion practice.
She is deeply grateful for the opportunity which life presented her, to pursue her dream of educating and training others, and helping make positive change happen - one person, one organization, one community at a time.
